SHIPPING POLICY.

The User may choose the product(s) they wish to purchase on our Website and to conclude their purchase the platform will request the corresponding payment and, if applicable, the payment of the shipping cost along with the address and delivery information.

The delivery time begins when the payment made by the User is confirmed by the banking institution or the PayPal or Mercado Pago payment platform, after which Tseebal will proceed to send the order and send an output confirmation email along with the purchase order tracking number.

The products will be sent and delivered to the User by third parties (Transportation Companies) for which the User agrees to submit to the shipment and delivery policies of the Transportation Company, which will be incorporated by reference to these Terms and Conditions of the Website .

At the time of delivery, the User will be asked for the person who receives the order to present an official identification (voter identification card, passport, FM2 immigration form or driver's license). Likewise, the User must verify the integrity and quality of both the packaging and the products received at the time of delivery. If the User considers that the integrity of the order has been compromised or damaged, they are asked not to receive the delivery from the Transportation Company, take pictures of the damaged order if possible and notify it to info@tseebal.com
