What are the payment methods requested to make my purchase?

You can make your payment with us with any credit or debit card, through your PayPal account; or from your account in Mercado Pago. If you want to make your payment through an electronic transfer (SPEI) or through a deposit, write to us at and we will indicate the next steps to make your payment.

Can I request an electronic invoice for my purchase?

Yes. At the end of your purchase, write us an email to along with your purchase order number and the following information:

  1. RFC with homoclave.
  2. Full name or business name.
  3. Full Fiscal Address including: street, neighborhood, delegation or municipality, state and postal code.
  4. Form in which the payment was made (cash, electronic funds transfer, registered checks or debit, credit, service cards or the so-called electronic purses authorized by the Tax Administration Service).
  5. Indicate at least the last 4 digits of your payment account.
  6. Indicate to which email you would like to receive the invoice.

About my order and its shipment.

How can I check the status of my order?

When making your purchase with us, you will receive an email confirming your order where we will confirm its departure date and the data of your shipment (tracking code) for monitoring.

How much does the shipping costs?

In purchases greater than $1,800.00 mxn pesos, the shipment within the Mexican Republic its included. In the case of purchases less than the amount mentioned, the shipping cost will be approximately $190.00 mxn.

Do you ship to all of Mexico?

Sure! We can send your order to any part of the Mexican Republic.

Do you make international shipments?

Yes we ship internationally. In this case we will need you to contact us by email at to generate your purchase.

How can I exchange or return my purchase?

Send us an email with the title "Exchange / Return" followed by your Purchase Order number to to contact you, process your request and we will indicate the next steps.

How can I modify or cancel my order?

Send us an email with the title "Modification / Cancellation" followed by the number of your Purchase Order to to contact you, process your request and we will indicate the next steps.

What is the deadline to make an exchange or return?

The deadline to make any change or refund is within 7 (seven) calendar days following the delivery date.
